If WPX\u2019s built-in email service doesn\u2019t fully meet your business needs, you can easily switch to a third-party email provider like Google Workspace<\/strong>, Zoho<\/strong>, or Microsoft Office 365<\/strong> directly from your WPX Control Panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make the process seamless, we\u2019ve created DNS presets for each of these providers. This means you can configure them with just a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Pre-Setup Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Active DNS Zone Must Be with WPX<\/strong>: For the automatic DNS feature to work, your domain\u2019s active DNS zone must be managed by WPX<\/strong>. This means your domain\u2019s nameservers (NS records) should be pointing to WPX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to point your domain to WPX<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using External DNS (e.g., Cloudflare)?<\/strong> No problem! You can still use this feature to generate the correct records, then manually copy and paste them into your external DNS manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only One Mail Service Per Domain<\/strong>: WPX Mail<\/strong> will be disabled automatically upon activating a third-party service. Running two mail services simultaneously for the same domain is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page<\/a>.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2. Go to Control Panel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once logged in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Locate your hosting plan in the WPX client area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Control Panel<\/strong> button next to the plan you wish to manage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you have more than five hosting plans of the same type (WordPress, Agency or WooCommerce), not all may appear on the homepage. Use the WordPress Hosting<\/strong>, Agency Hosting<\/strong> or WooCommerce Hosting<\/strong> tab in the left-hand menu to find your service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3. Go to the Edit DNS menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the Control Panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click Edit DNS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the domain name you want to configure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the Mail DNS Manager<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 4: Choose the 3rd-Party Mail Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
