At WPX, our migration experts will transfer your website within 24 hours of your migration request approval. The entire process is seamless, with no downtime or disruption to your site’s functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s how it works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To start, fill out the migration form and submit the request. Your migration request will be added as a ticket to our Migration Team. They will keep you updated throughout the process\u2014when the migration starts and when it’s complete. Once the migration is finished, you must point your domain to WPX, and your site will be fully operational. If you need assistance with this step, we’re here to help every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To avoid any confusion, please note that a separate migration form is required for each website.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s important to understand that domain transfer and website migration are two distinct processes. If you\u2019d prefer to host your website with WPX but keep your domain registered with another provider, that\u2019s fine. Step 1. Log in to your WPX account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page<\/a>.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2. Open a new Migration Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To request a regular migration, an express one, or a migration with a domain name change, fill out our migration form. You can access it directly here: Here<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otherwise, to find the migration form in your WPX account, look for the Migrate Site <\/strong>button in the navigation bar -it\u2019s always visible, no matter which menu you’re in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you open the Migration Form, you will be able to choose your migration type. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3. Select a Migration Type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The WPX Migration team can transfer your site at no cost. However, if you require faster service, we also offer Express migration options. Additionally, if you\u2019d like to change your website\u2019s URL, we provide domain name change migrations as well.
