Has your hosting account been terminated (canceled), and you’re looking to restore your websites? Don\u2019t worry\u2014it\u2019s simpler than you might think! Let us guide you through the steps to bring your websites back online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To restore your hosting plan and all of your websites, you’ll need to take care of the latest invoice generated by our system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your data will be safe with us for up to 90 days after the initial termination date and will be available for restoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page<\/a>.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2. Invoice payment <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the hosting service invoice hasn\u2019t been canceled, you can pay it by clicking the Pay Now<\/strong> button in the pop-up that appears on your Home<\/strong> page after logging in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve accidentally dismissed the pop-up, simply follow the steps below to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3. Restore Hosting Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Select the Restore <\/strong>button next to the terminated hosting plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the Restore<\/strong> button is inactive, it means we don’t have any backups available for that hosting plan, and our system won’t be able to recover your data.
Please note that we keep backups of terminated plans for up to 90 days. After this period, all associated data is permanently deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the pop-up, click on the View Invoices<\/strong> button and complete the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If our system returns a notification pop-up but your invoice status is “canceled<\/strong>,” contact us at support@wpx.net<\/strong> or our LiveChat<\/strong> (we usually respond in 30 seconds or less).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4. Restoration process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the invoice is paid, please allow some time for our system to restore your hosting plan. Larger plans, such as the Elite<\/strong>, may take longer to fully restore compared to the Business<\/strong> plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To avoid service interruptions and manual payments, we strongly recommend setting up an automated payment subscription<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
