If you need to increase the storage quota of a WPX email box, you can easily do so from your Control Panel. Just follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page<\/a>.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2. Go to Control Panel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once logged in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Locate your hosting plan in the WPX client area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Control Panel<\/strong> button next to the plan you wish to manage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you have more than five hosting plans of the same type (WordPress, Agency or WooCommerce), not all may appear on the homepage. Use the WordPress Hosting<\/strong>, Agency Hosting<\/strong> or WooCommerce Hosting<\/strong> tab in the left-hand menu to find your service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Access the Emails Menu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Inside the Control Panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the Emails<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Find the email address you want to manage and click the Settings<\/strong> button next to it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 4: Adjust the Email Quota<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Select the Email Box Settings<\/strong> tab, where you can change the storage quota for the mailbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You have two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Option 1: Unlimited * <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can set the email quota up to Unlimited – That means the email box quota will be the total available disk space in your hosting plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Example: If you\u2019re on the Business Plan<\/strong>, your maximum email quota can be up to 10 GB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      Option 2: Set a Custom Quota<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Manually enter a custom size (in MB or GB) for the mailbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The default<\/strong> quota for new mailboxes is 50 MB<\/strong>, but you can increase this as needed based on your available hosting disk space.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      After updating the quota:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Click the Submit<\/strong> button to apply the changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The new quota will take effect immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
