Terms of Service for Black Friday Affiliate Bonuses

1. Campaign Duration:

  • The WPX Black Friday Affiliate Campaign will run from November 25th, 2024, to December 9th, 2024.

2. Bonus Payments:

  • All earned bonuses from this campaign will be paid out on January 16th, 2025.
  • Bonuses apply only to annual plan referrals accumulated during the campaign period.

3. Bonus Structure:

  • Affiliates will earn their standard commission plus an additional $80 bonus for every qualifying referral that exceeds five annual plan referrals (i.e., from the 6th referral onward).
  • Referrals must be for WPX’s annual hosting plans only. Domain purchases and other products are not eligible.

4. Referral Qualifications:

  • Only referrals who maintain their WPX customer status for at least 30 days after purchase are eligible for bonuses. This ensures compliance with WPX’s 30-day money-back guarantee period.
  • A successful referral is defined as a customer who does not request a refund within the first 30 days and has fully paid for their annual hosting plan.

5. Mega Bonus Eligibility:

  • Affiliates who refer at least 50 new customers on annual plans during the campaign will receive an additional $1,000 Mega Bonus, paid on January 16th, 2025, along with other bonuses.

6. Fraud Prevention and Sale Validation:

  • WPX reserves the right to withhold bonuses for any referrals that are flagged as fraudulent based on our fraud detection mechanisms.
  • A referral is considered valid once the customer has completed payment for their annual hosting plan and has passed the 30-day money-back period without requesting a refund.

7. General Affiliate Program Terms:

  • All standard terms and conditions of the WPX Hosting Affiliate Program apply throughout the campaign period.
  • By participating in this campaign, affiliates agree to adhere to these terms and any future amendments as communicated by WPX.
