  • 54% of women business owners reported being profitable in 2025, even amid economic challenges. (Guidant Financial)

  • Women owns 42.7% of nonemployer businesses in 2022, generating $411.6 billion in receipts. The number of women-owned employer businesses has also been rising, reaching over 1,300,000. (U.S Census Bureau)

Businesses founded or led by women are not only increasing in number but also evolving in approach and impact. While men still own the majority of companies, women are steadily taking leadership roles across startups, small businesses, and larger firms.
