If you have forgotten the password to your email box, do not worry! Here is an easy way to reset the password of any email that you’ve created with WPX.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account
Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page.
Step 2. Go to Control Panel
Once logged in:
- Locate your hosting plan in the WPX client area.
- Click the Control Panel button next to the plan you wish to manage.
If you have more than five hosting plans of the same type (WordPress or WooCommerce), not all may appear on the homepage. Use the WordPress Hosting or WooCommerce Hosting tab in the left-hand menu to find your service.
Step 3. Go to the Emails menu
Within the Control Panel:
- Select Emails to preview all email boxes.
- Then click the Settings button next to the email box.
Step 4. Change the password
If you are using any mail apps (clients), you will need to update the password for the specific email box there.
From the Settings:
- Select the Change Password tab and type in your new password.
- Click Submit to apply the changes.
That’s it. The changes that you’ve made will take immediate effect, and the password will be instantly changed.
