The WPX email service is included with your hosting services for free, designed to meet the communication needs of your business.
WPX Email settings – a small business Email service.
At WPX, you can create unlimited emails for each of your websites, with customizable disk quotas for each one ( by default it is set to 500MB), up to your hosting plan storage. Since these email accounts use your hosting space, we recommend regularly cleaning up old emails to maintain optimal performance.
To guarantee that your emails get delivered fast and efficiently, we have set a size limit for the emails you send, up to 32MB, and attachments are limited to 20MB, however, there is only a limit for sending emails from the WPX mail service. There is no limit for your received of emails
WPX Email service cannot be used for Bulk sending / Marketing campaigns.
As a hosting provider, our priority is to safeguard the interests of all our users collectively, rather than focusing on the needs of any single individual. If one user’s actions threaten the integrity of our service for others, we are left with no choice but to suspend their account.
You cannot and should not send bulk emails from your WPX email, for several important reasons:
- There are many excellent bulk emailing services available online, such as AWeber, Mailchimp, SendGrid, ConvertKit, GetResponse, and Drip, all of which offer competitive pricing. Dedicated servers with exclusive IPs are also an option.
- Just one customer using our service for bulk emailing can risk getting our main IPs blacklisted, which could lead to being banned from Gmail and affect the IP reputation for all users on the same IP. Please help us avoid this.
- We are a hosting company, not a bulk email provider. In fact, many other hosting services, like WPEngine and Websynthesis, don’t offer email services at all.
- Even when email subscribers have voluntarily opted into a list, some may forget over time, leading to complaints when they receive future emails. These complaints can seriously harm both our IP reputation and your business.
That is why you can send a maximum of 50 emails within 30 minutes for each hosting plan you have with us at your WPX account, not just for a single mailbox. The maximum number of recipients for your emails is 49.
