You can use either our Webmail interface or an email client to manage your WPX email boxes. In this guide, we will show you how you can access your Webmail to manage your email accounts.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account
Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page.
Step 2. Go to Control Panel
Once logged in:
- Locate your hosting plan in the WPX client area.
- Click the Control Panel button next to the plan you wish to manage.
If you have more than five hosting plans of the same type (WordPress or WooCommerce), not all may appear on the homepage. Use the WordPress Hosting or WooCommerce Hosting tab in the left-hand menu to find your service.
Step 3. Go to the Emails menu
Within the Control Panel:
- Select the Emails section.
- Click on the Webmail Client button to open Webmail.
You will be redirected to your Webmail login page. To log in use your email username and password.
How can I access Webmail using the server hostname?
You can also access your Webmail if you type in the server hostname in the browser as shown below (for the article’s sake, we’ve used m14.wpx.net):
https://webmail.SERVER_HOSTNAME.wpx.net
You can find the information by clicking the Settings (1) button next to each email address to list the Email Server Info (2).
