Important Details Before You Cancel
- Subscriptions: If the plan you’re cancelling is your only service with WPX, please cancel any active Credit Card or PayPal recurring subscriptions to prevent future charges.
- Backups: We retain your account backups for up to 90 days. Should you return, we can fully restore your site.
- Refunds: You’re eligible for a refund only within the first 30 days of your initial hosting subscription. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account
Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page.
Step 2. Open Control Panel
Select Control Panel next to the plan you need to cancel.
Step 3. Submit Cancellation Request
In the Control Panel:
- Select Plan Details
- Click on the three-dot button for more options.
- Select Request Cancellation and complete the Cancellation Request form and submit it.
