How can I change my billing cycle?

Looking to switch from monthly to yearly payments, or the other way around? We’re here to guide you through the process—just keep reading below.

Step 1. Log in to your WPX account

Begin by logging into your WPX account. You can do this by visiting the WPX login page.​

Step 2. Go to Control Panel

Once logged in:

  1. Locate your hosting plan in the WPX client area.
  2. Click the Control Panel button next to the plan you wish to manage.

If you have more than five hosting plans of the same type (WordPress or WooCommerce), not all may appear on the homepage. Use the WordPress Hosting or WooCommerce Hosting tab in the left-hand menu to find your service.

Within the Control Panel:​

  1. Click on the 3 dots next to the upgrade button > Select Change Billing Cycle.
  2. Click the Save Changes button.

PayPal Users:

If you previously paid via PayPal, be sure to cancel your old subscription. Otherwise, PayPal may continue billing you for your previous billing cycle, which can lead to service interruptions.

Changing your billing cycle from Monthly to Annual will be applied when the next invoice is issued (5 days before the Monthly plan expiration).

Changing your billing cycle from Annual to Monthly will be applied after the Annual plan expiration. The invoice will be issued 5 days before the Annual plan expiration
