WPX XDN is WPX’s own high-performance CDN designed to optimize your website’s delivery. But what if you’re already using other popular CDN providers like Cloudflare or Ezoic? Can you still take advantage of WPX XDN?
The good news is, yes, you can! WPX XDN is fully compatible with many third-party CDN providers that don’t require you to change your domain’s nameservers (NS records). This allows you to combine the power of WPX’s CDN with other services you already trust, maximizing your site’s speed and protection.
This article will guide you step-by-step on how to configure WPX XDN alongside Cloudflare or other CDNs, so you get the best of both worlds without any conflicts.
Can WPX XDN work with other CDN Providers?
Yes! WPX XDN can be used together with any third-party CDN that does not require you to change your domain’s A records.
Since WPX XDN works by pointing your domain’s 4 A records to WPX’s IP addresses (found in your hosting plan), it’s compatible with CDNs like Cloudflare that use NS records instead of A records.
For example, Cloudflare requires you to point your NS records to their service, so you simply update your A records to WPX’s IPs to use WPX XDN alongside Cloudflare.
