If you’re wondering when your pending commissions will be paid, here’s everything you need to know about commission payouts. Including everything about when we process them and the requirements to receive your payments.
Step 1. Log in to your WPX account and open the Affiliate Hub
Start by logging in to your WPX account here. Once you’re logged in, click the Affiliate Hub.
Step 2. Access Your Payouts Menu
In the Affiliate Hub, you’ll find the Your Payouts menu. Here, you can manage and request commission payouts under the Withdrawal Log.
If you have a pending payout, you’ll see a Request Withdrawal button. Click it to raise a support ticket with our Billing Department, and we’ll take care of the rest:
Commission Payment Schedule
Affiliate commissions are paid twice per week (on Wednesdays and Fridays). To ensure your commission is processed in the next payout cycle, be sure to request it by the following deadlines:
- Wednesday Payout: Request by Tuesday.
- Friday Payout: Request by Thursday.
Any requests made after these deadlines will be processed in the next available payout cycle.
Requirements for Receiving Commissions
- Annual Hosting Subscriptions: Affiliate commissions are paid after the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period for each successful referral. These commissions are consolidated into a monthly payment for affiliates.
- Monthly Hosting Subscriptions: Commissions for verified monthly subscriptions are payable after the 5-month mark from the subscription’s start date.
Note: You are responsible for any transaction fees when receiving your affiliate commissions and must ensure that your information (such as email address, postal address, and tax information) is kept up-to-date.
Step 3. How to request a withdrawal?
To request a payout:
When you have approved payouts, you will see a Request Withdrawal button on the Overview page of the Affilita Hub.

The requested and approved commissions are paid twice per week (Wednesday and Friday). For a commission to be included in Friday processing, you should raise a request for withdrawal by Thursday. If you request the payment of commissions after Thursday, that particular commission will be processed next Friday.
You are solely responsible for any transaction fees when you receive affiliate commissions, as well as keeping all your information up to date (such as email and postal address, tax information, etc).
