Our custom XDN utilizes hybrid DDoS protection that includes a blend of DDoS mitigation services which we can dynamically switch. Our origin server locations are using a single DDoS mitigation service provider which varies on each location.
Over the years, we have simplified and polished the process to perfection.
All you need to do is (1) select a hosting plan and (2) send us a migration request from within your freshly created account.
The migration request includes a secure environment to send us access details to your existing hosting account.
After sending us the migration request, you can kick back and relax. We will migrate your data and will be back in touch with you within 24 hours so that you can point your nameservers to us.
If you can't provide any of the migration data on your own, don't worry: just get in touch with our support team via chat or ticket, and we will help you out.
Once you create your new WPX hosting account and select a hosting plan, just fill in our migration form at https://wpx.net/migrations/ (you must be logged in to WPX for that) and we will handle almost everything else after that.
We will migrate your websites for free within 24 hours (in the highly unlikely case our backlog is longer than that, we will let you know in advance and give you an estimate.
The only restriction of our free migration service is when a domain change is also requested as part of the migration: e.g. changing from johnsblog.com to johnsamazingblog.com. We charge $98 (ex-VAT) for this operation, as it requires a lot of additional database editing and manual checking to make sure everything works fine.
Yes. Our XDN (our name for our own custom, high-speed CDN, Content Delivery Network with 41 end points around the world) is free for all WPX customers on all WPX hosting plans.
If you wish to cancel your hosting subscription with WPX for any reason, you can do so and get a full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked.

All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT, unless specifically stated otherwise. Whether VAT will be charged or not depends on your location and the type of account you will be creating with us.
1. If you are a natural person or have a company located outside the EU, we will not charge you VAT.
2. If you are a natural person and live in the EU, we will charge you VAT at the standard rate for your country.
3. If you create a company account on behalf of a legal entity based in the EU, you will be given the option to provide a valid EU VAT number during the signup process, and VAT will be charged at a 0% rate. You will be responsible to perform the self-assessment/reverse charge procedure as required by your national tax authority.
4. In case your EU-based company does not have a VAT registration, we will charge VAT at the standard rate for the country where the company is registered.
